Low Income Tax Payer for the $7500 Federal Tax Credit

What I'm concerned about it that I don't have a steady job lately.
Can I still get the whole $7500 Federal Tax Credit? If I pay only $5000 in taxes. or this program for only high income tax payer ?

thank

Re: out of compliance Chevy demo Volts in Pennsylvania

Hi, tammons are there any other qualifications, besides having less than 500 miles on the car, to get the $3500 Pennsylvania rebate for 2012 ?

And is there a way to tell if a Volt is a demo vehicle?

how do you tell new volt is new ?

what i mean is, vehicle is new but VIN number being use for the tax credit by the dealer so when we buy it, we can not claim for tax credit. like you heard about the dealer sell to another dealer and claim for the tax credit is that posible !
