Re: New Chevy Volt Buyer's Poll and Sound Off!

Very cool to see where the orders are coming form and what you're ordering! Also interesting to see that at least for now the color choices are evenly distributed! Small data set, but I think this is a very good poll of only Volt Orderers Closer to launch I'll setup a forum post area so you can shar...

Re: Chevrolet Calls!

Yup - I just got a call today as well. Good way to keep people informed, basically setting the expectation that the next contact will be in a few months.

Very cool!

Re: Lease or Buy?

I've also never leased a car, buy i suspect the biggest thing that will make or break whether I do a lease is the "Lease to Buy" Terms. What premium do I have to pay at the end of the lease? Ultimately, Buying the Car outright has the initial cash outlay, but if you believe that the car wi...

They tend to charge a much smaller premium. For example, the Vallejo guy was asking $3k premium. If you have any other sp...

Re: Put My Name on the List

Good luck Tom! I don't think the dealers really have it figured out yet. Though to be fair it would be hard to figure it out without knowing the MSRP / options / trim etc.

Various people have told me various things but a common theme I've heard is a $3,000 premium.
