Volt Advisor?

When Volts are available, here will be the place to talk about how to Detail, Maintain and Customize your Volt. Other good topics are charging (solar or otherwise) smartphone app usage, etc.

Volt Advisor?

Hi,

I've had my new Volt for a week. I keep seeing comments about
Volt Advisor. So far haven't heard or recieved any emails from
any Volt Advisor.

What's there purpose? Are they helpful? How do you enroll in the program?

I received my Volt #1508 within 1 week of looking. Someone else ordered the Volt
and was unable to afford the car.

You should get a phone call soon from your Volt Advisor. They will introduce themselves and then be your point of contact for issues with your Volt. Normally, you order your car, the Volt Advisor contacts you about your order, you wait, the happy day arrives, and then you start talking to them about chargers, issues, etc...

Since you picked up a car that was already ordered, it may take a few days to get things straighten out, or just call the 800 number...

I did call the number you provided and was set up with a Volt Advisor.

I hope your nickname will soon apply to me....

Well, for me since I got my car on January 29th... (8 weeks!!!)
