Spare Tire

Has anyone else ordered a spare tire for their Volt? If so, did you also order a jack? If so, from whom?

I did some research and was able to find this full size wheel and would just need to get a tire place to mount a tire to it, I asked them if the OEM lugs would work with it and they said yes:
